About BodyTite Treatment

BodyTite is a body contouring treatment that is minimally invasive and utilises radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) to remove fat and tighten skin. Unlike traditional liposuction, it doesn’t need large incisions. A small tube delivers gentle heat under the skin, melting stubborn fat while stimulating collagen and elastin production for firmer, smoother results. This dual-action approach makes BodyTite ideal for people who want to slim and tighten areas like the abdomen, thighs, or arms without long recovery times. It’s an effective option for improving body shape and skin tone in one treatment, with natural-looking and long-lasting results.

BodyTite addresses the following concerns:

Benefits of BodyTite in London

It is essential to consult

with our qualified skincare professional to determine eligibility based on individual health and skin conditions.

BodyTite Treatment Procedure

  • Preparation and tumescent injection: A tumescent solution with local anaesthetic is injected to numb the area and reduce bleeding.
  • Small access point: A tiny incision is made so the BodyTite probe can be inserted beneath the skin.
  • Probe placement and dual heating: The probe delivers radiofrequency energy from under the skin while an external electrode sits on the surface, creating controlled heating above and below the tissue.
  • Fat liquefaction: RF energy heats and melts fat cells, turning them into a fluid that is easier to remove by gentle suction or absorbed naturally.
  • Immediate tissue contraction: The thermal effect tightens collagen fibres, producing an instant contraction of the treated skin and soft tissue.
  • Collagen stimulation for long-term tightening: The heat also triggers new collagen and elastin production, so tightening and firming continue over several months.
  • Safe, monitored energy delivery: Built-in temperature sensors and safety cutoffs constantly monitor skin temperature to prevent overheating and reduce complications.
  • Fat removal and contouring: Liquefied fat is removed as needed to refine the shape, while the tightened skin conforms to the new contours.
  • Closure and post-procedure care: Incisions are closed or left to heal; a compression garment is recommended to control swelling and support shaping during recovery.
  • Most patients can resume light activities within 1–2 days and return to work in about a week.
  • A compression garment should be worn to minimise swelling and support healing.
  • Swelling and bruising are normal and gradually improve over 4–6 weeks.
  • Low-impact activities can start after the first week, but strenuous exercise should wait a few weeks.
  • Full recovery and final results develop over 3–6 months as the skin tightens and contours refine.
  • Maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps preserve and enhance long-term results.
Results from BodyTite can last for many years, typically around 3 to 7 years, depending on lifestyle, weight stability, and skin quality. Maintaining a stable weight and following a healthy lifestyle will help extend the longevity of your results.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty, also known as an eye lift, is a surgical procedure performed on the eyelids to improve their appearance. It can address concerns like:

  • Excess skin on the upper eyelids: This can obstruct vision and create a hooded appearance.

  • Bags under the lower eyelids: These can make you look tired or aged.

  • Drooping lower eyelids: This can also obstruct vision and contribute to a tired appearance.

Types of Blepharoplasty:

  • Upper blepharoplasty: This addresses concerns with the upper eyelids, removing excess skin and sometimes fat or muscle tissue.

  • Lower blepharoplasty: This addresses concerns with the lower eyelids, removing excess fat or skin and sometimes repositioning tissues.

  • Asian blepharoplasty: This addresses specific concerns related to the anatomy of Asian eyelids, creating a more defined crease.
